FIRST FEW DAYS

Tonite I finished the first course on a Christ-centered Life. We had about 50 students which is a very good response for this particular campus. The anointing of God was all over the classroom. People`s lives were changed. We pray that many of them come to the conclusion that Jesus in us is the only thing we will ever need.

A bloodvessel in Hannelore`s eye burst and initially it really looked bad. There must have been some additional pressure and being on warfarin did not help the situation. Hannelore decided not to go to the doctor or a clinic. She is feeling a little better. However, she is still pretty tired from all the work she did before we went to Peru, then a long flight and then to sit and listen to her husband teach for 1 1/2 days straigth.

I slipped on slippery cement in front of the church. Praise the Lord that I did not get injured badly because I took a bad fall.

My interpreters, Fernando and Daniela, did a fantastic job today.

We also connected back with some very good friends of ours, Max-Caleb and Udo-Barbara and the kids. It was really good to see them again.

Tomorrow morning I will be preaching in two services in IBE-Surco and one evening service at Pastor Pedro`s church in San Martin de Porres. Monday morning we are leaving for a one day trip to Barranca to do some preliminary work for the housing project in Puente Bolivar-Las Palmeras.

See you then. Please continue to pray for us.
